How many people can we bring?

We recommend a maximum of 34 guests. Planning for a larger group? Please inquire before booking so we can discuss your options.

What does the charter cost?

The weekday charter rate is $3,000 for eight hours, with unlimited miles. This is the rate for the charter, not a per-person ticket.

Can we choose our route and pickup?

Share your pickup location, desired stops, and drop-off with us. Every itinerary is subject to approval, including access for the Semi and the time needed to complete your route.

Can we plan winery, dining, or other activity stops?

Tell us what you have in mind. We'll review the itinerary and discuss arrangements and pricing for any planned activities before you finalize your day.
